Paula Rayo, MPEd Candidate

Managing Director

Paula Rayo graduated from King’s University College at Western University in 2016 with a BA honours in psychology and a minor in philosophy. Paula's main research interests are in consciousness studies, humanistic and positive psychology,

Heather Hargraves, MA

Researcher in Neurofeedback

Heather Hargraves holds a MA degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University, in London, Canada. Her Masters thesis investigated a new form of EEG-neurofeedback based on the therapeutic potential of psychedelic states as revealed on EEG. Heather also holds a BAH in Philosophy from the University of Windsor.

Daniel Kharlas, MA Candidate

Research Coordinator

Daniel Kharlas is completing his Masters Thesis in personality and measurement. His academic research focuses on the personalization of meditation programs through the development of novel questionnaires, heart rate variability measurement and brain activity.

Arthur Gonzales, BESc

Advisor

Arthur Gonzales is a lecturer in the Faculty of Technology at Fanshawe College, and a consultant for technology design and policy, and technical training solutions. His interest is in technical design and its computer-aided industrial applications, particularly in manufacturing and construction projects, and in technology and city development

Dempsey Lennox, BA

Executive Assistant

Dempsey Lennox graduated from King’s University College at Western University with a BA specialization in Social Justice and Peace Studies and a minor is Sociology. Her main focus of study was on conflict resolution practices for periphery countries as her interests lie in bridging the gap between cultures and increasing cross-cultural understanding
